3. Purpose and legal basis for the processing of personal data
Personal data (the photo selected by the visitor and the time it was taken) is processed with the visitor's own consent and active choice. The data is used to provide the visitor with a download link for the photo (QR code) and to display the photo as part of the exhibition's video wall.

Images are stored securely in the local system and in a cloud service provided by Google.
Data may be processed or transferred outside the EU/EEA (such as to the United States) in accordance with Google's global infrastructure. The transfer complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation, and the basis for data transfer to the United States is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) approved by the European Commission.
All images saved through the selfie station will be permanently deleted from the system after the exhibition ends.
